Try it on

When your order arrives, try the set on while the courier is still there.

Exchange with the courier

Hand the complete set back before the courier leaves and we’ll arrange your replacement, subject to availability. You’ll only need to cover the delivery fees.

If the courier has left

A size exchange can still be arranged for an EGP 100 exchange fee, plus delivery fees. The set must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original condition with its tags and packaging.
