When your order arrives, try it on while the courier is still there.
Need another size, or want to cancel?
Simply hand it back to the courier before they leave, and we’ll arrange a replacement in your preferred size, paying only the full delivery fees.
Once the courier has left, the order is considered accepted and we won’t be able to process refunds.
